Getting access
Myra AI Workspace is a managed service running on the Global Myra Security CDN. There is nothing to install or operate; Myra Security provisions and maintains the instance.
Requesting an instance
Proceed as follows to request access:
- Visit the Myra Security contact page and submit an enquiry for Myra AI Workspace.
- Wait for the provisioning email. The email contains the admin URL of the instance (typically
https://ai.myra.eu) and confirms that the requested email address has been added as a user account.
-> The instance is active and the user account can sign in.
On-premise deployment
Myra AI Workspace is also available as an on-premise offering for organisations with data-residency or air-gapped requirements. Myra Security handles licensing, hardware requirements, and deployment support. To enquire, contact Myra Security.
Signing in for the first time
The application uses email one-time codes (OTP) for sign-in — there is no password. An organization that has configured single sign-on can sign in through its identity provider instead: after the email address is typed, a Continue with SSO button appears when the email domain has an enabled SSO configuration.
Proceed as follows to sign in with an email code:
- Open the admin URL in a web browser. The email-address form is shown directly.
- Enter your email address.
- Click on the Send code button.
- Open the email containing the 6-digit code and copy the code.
- Enter the code in the 6-digit code text field.
- Click on the Sign in button.
-> The application opens at the Dashboard (tenant admin or admin) or at the Chat view (/easy) (member or viewer).
For full details on the sign-in flow — single sign-on (OIDC and SAML), the Stay logged in for 30 days option, and static-OTP accounts — see Signing in.
Initial setup
Before the gateway processes inference requests, three objects must exist: a tenant, a gateway, and a BYOK provider key. The following sections cover the minimum setup. Detailed procedures live in the dedicated chapters.
Creating a tenant
Required role: platform admin.
- Open User Management › Tenants (user-block menu at the bottom of the left sidebar → User Management → Tenants; admin only).
- Click on the + New Tenant button.
- Enter a value in the Slug field.
- Click on the Create Tenant button.
See Tenants for the full procedure.
Creating a gateway
Required role: tenant admin or admin.
- Open the Gateways view.
- Click on the + New Gateway button.
- Enter a value in the Slug field.
- Click on the Create Gateway button.
See Gateways for the full procedure including budget, rate limit, and other configuration.
Storing a provider key
Required role: tenant admin or admin.
- Open the gateway detail view.
- Locate the Provider Keys card.
- Click on the + Add Model button.
- Select the provider, enter
defaultas the alias, and paste the API key. - Click on the Store Key button.
See Provider keys (BYOK).
Creating an auth token
The simplest path is to use a personal token from your Profile page (Account › Profile). See Profile.
For a shared gateway token (not bound to a user), an admin can create one from the gateway detail view's Auth Tokens card; see Users and tokens API for the API equivalent.
