Approvals

Settings → Approvals is a single page with up to four tabs, shown according to your role. It collects every approval queue in one place:

  • Personal — your own approval inbox ("Meine Freigaben"): items awaiting your decision. Visible to every authenticated approver; shows an empty state when you have nothing pending.
  • Agent approvals — approvals for agent-delivered actions (tenant-admin).
  • Tool reviews — governance and moderation reviews: an unattended agent run held at a gated tool call, and prompts or outputs a guardrail flagged. Visible to holders of the egress-approval permission (admin / tenant-admin).
  • Config approvals — four-eyes review of configuration changes (roles with the manage permission).

A member sees only the tab-less Personal inbox; a tenant-admin sees all four tabs.

The Approvals page lives in Settings mode — switch to it from the header user-block dropdown (top-right), then pick Approvals in the settings rail.
